What should I do if I am listed in the registry of end-beneficiaries?

Persons listed in the register of beneficial owners under the Public Procurement Act are considered public sector partners listed in the register of public sector partners; but they are required to ensure the verification of the identification of the ultimate beneficiary in accordance with the Act on the Register of Public Sector Partners and to submit an application for registration for the purpose of harmonizing the recorded data by July 31, 2017, at the latest. Failure to comply with this obligation is grounds for the removal of the public sector partner from the register.
