As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services for our clients, we have added a new feature to the IS RPVS system. Clients can now use the chat function to ask our office any questions they may have regarding the registration of public sector partners, as well as the verification or identification of the end user of benefits.

The IS RPVS system, which helps our clients simplify the entire administrative process related to the verification of the final beneficiary and all other tasks related to registration in the RPVS, now includes a new feature – a chat window. Public sector partners can use the chat after logging into the client zone and ask our office questions. Our main goal was to make communication in the system more interactive and simplify the process of contacting us for our clients.
