What penalties may be imposed on a public sector partner for breach of its obligations?

The Act on the Register of Public Sector Partners allows for the imposition of sanctions on a public sector partner and its statutory body or members, the end user of benefits, and also the authorized person for failure to fulfill obligations under the Act, which may be financial, and may also decide to remove a public sector partner from the register, which may result in the termination of the contract with the public sector entity and, in some cases, even criminal liability.

Finally, it is important to note that without registration of a public sector partner in the register, it is not possible for a person to obtain funds or property from public sources or to successfully participate in public procurement as a supplier of goods or services. When ensuring registration in the register of public sector partners, please contact qualified experts who will ensure the professional and comfortable fulfillment of your obligations.
