Who is the ultimate beneficiary?
In simple terms, the ultimate beneficiary can be defined as a natural person who actually controls or supervises a legal entity, a natural person who is an entrepreneur, or an association of assets. It is therefore a natural person for whose benefit the public sector partner performs its activities or business. The beneficiary is identified by an authorized person.
