By when must public sector partners register?

 

The Register of Public Sector Partners was established on February 1, 2017. A public sector partner who concludes a contract with a public sector entity after February 1, 2017, is required to be registered in the register of public sector partners no later than the date of conclusion of the contract, except in the case of a person who:

  1. was registered in the list of final beneficiaries under the Public Procurement Act as of January 31, 2017,
  2. is a party to a contract concluded before February 1, 2017 and meets the conditions for registration in the register of final beneficiaries,
  3. is a healthcare provider and meets the other conditions for registration,
  4. holds a mining or geological license as a contractor for geological work pursuant to Section 4(1)(a) of Act No. 569/2007 Coll. on geological work (Geological Act), as amended,
  5. is a toll collection administrator pursuant to Section 12(2) of Act No. 474/2013 Coll. on toll collection for the use of specified sections of land communications and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, and the administrator of motorway vignette payments pursuant to Section 8(1) of Act No. 488/2013 Coll. on motorway vignettes and on amendments to certain acts,
  6. is authorized to conduct business in the energy sector pursuant to Section 6(2) of Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on amendments to certain acts, as amended,
  7. is a health insurance company that has been issued a license pursuant to special regulations effective prior to February 1, 2017,

which must be registered by July 31, 2017 at the latest.
