Registration of agricultural entities in the register of public sector partners

An agricultural entity is any legal or natural person engaged in agriculture. Most often, these are cooperatives, but in principle, they can be any commercial company or natural person-entrepreneur.

Do you receive money from the PPA - the agricultural payment agency in the agriculture segment?

If so, you are also required to register in the register of public sector partners, which was established on February 1, 2017, pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the register of public sector partners and on amendments to certain acts. Registration in the register of public sector partners is one of the conditions for receiving money from the agricultural payment agency.

How to proceed?

A public sector partner does not register itself in the register of public sector partners; registration is carried out by an authorized person (lawyer, notary, bank, branch of a foreign bank, auditor or tax advisor with its registered office or place of business in the Slovak Republic) in accordance with the law. The law firm JUDr. Róbert Hronček, s.r.o. offers you its services as an authorized person. We will provide you with a complete service – from consulting, through registration in the register, to other services related to the verification of the identity of the ultimate beneficiary and the registration of changes in the register.
