Deadlines for public sector partners

The Public Sector Partner Register has been in operation since February 1, 2017. A public sector partner that enters into a contract with a public sector entity after February 1, 2017, is required to be registered in the Register of Public Sector Partners no later than the date of contract conclusion, except in the case of a person who:

  1. was listed in the register of ultimate beneficiaries under the Public Procurement Act as of January 31, 2017,
  2. is a party to a contract concluded before February 1, 2017, and meets the conditions for registration in the register of ultimate beneficiaries,
  3. is a healthcare provider and meets the additional conditions for registration,
  4. holds a mining or geological license as a contractor for geological works pursuant to Section 4(1)(a) of Act No. 569/2007 Coll. on Geological Works (Geological Act), as amended,
  5. is the toll collection administrator pursuant to Section 12(2) of Act No. 474/2013 Coll. on the Collection of Tolls for the Use of Specified Sections of Roadways and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, and the administrator of the collection of vignette fees pursuant to Section 8(1) of Act No. 488/2013 Coll. on Vignettes and on Amendments to Certain Acts,
  6. is authorized to conduct business in the energy sector pursuant to Section 6(2) of Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended,
  7. is a health insurance company that was issued a license pursuant to special regulations effective prior to February 1, 2017,

which must be registered no later than July 31, 2017.
