The history of the law firm dates back to 2013, when a law office, Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Róbert Hronček, s.r.o., was founded to provide legal services in liaison with the law office Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Kvetoslava Kolínová, s.r.o., under a common legal service brand, Hronček & Kolínová.
Nonetheless, within a short time, the team's ambition, creativity and innovative efforts led to a major growth and expansion of the law firm, also in various specialised fields. In 2017, there was a change of the name to Hronček & Partners, s. r. o., based in Žilina and other sites in Martin and Bratislava. Legal and advisory services are provided to Slovakia-based and international clients operating both inside and outside the territory of the Slovak Republic thanks to the many partnerships the law firm has established during its existence.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (2009), where he also successfully defended his thesis on "Trade Name and Its Legal Protection." He worked at the Slovak National Library in the field of cultural heritage digitization as a methodologist and coordinator, and he processed the results of interdisciplinary research on the preservation and accessibility of written cultural and scientific heritage in his dissertation, which he defended at the University of Žilina in 2013. For more than two decades, he has been professionally involved in translation into English, and since 2005 he has been running his own company providing professional consulting, web, organizational, and translation services. He collaborates with the Institute for Cultural Policy as a project manager and editor. Since 2016, he has been working for the law firm Hronček & Partners, s. r. o. as an external consultant.
