The history of the law firm dates back to 2013, when a law office, Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Róbert Hronček, s.r.o., was founded to provide legal services in liaison with the law office Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Kvetoslava Kolínová, s.r.o., under a common legal service brand, Hronček & Kolínová.
Nonetheless, within a short time, the team's ambition, creativity and innovative efforts led to a major growth and expansion of the law firm, also in various specialised fields. In 2017, there was a change of the name to Hronček & Partners, s. r. o., based in Žilina and other sites in Martin and Bratislava. Legal and advisory services are provided to Slovakia-based and international clients operating both inside and outside the territory of the Slovak Republic thanks to the many partnerships the law firm has established during its existence.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (2009), where he also successfully defended his thesis on "Trade Name and Its Legal Protection." In 2011, he completed his rigorous studies at the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, defended his rigorous thesis on "Trademarks and License Agreements" and passed his rigorous exam in the field of commercial law.
