The history of the law firm dates back to 2013, when a law office, Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Róbert Hronček, s.r.o., was founded to provide legal services in liaison with the law office Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Kvetoslava Kolínová, s.r.o., under a common legal service brand, Hronček & Kolínová.
Nonetheless, within a short time, the team's ambition, creativity and innovative efforts led to a major growth and expansion of the law firm, also in various specialised fields. In 2017, there was a change of the name to Hronček & Partners, s. r. o., based in Žilina and other sites in Martin and Bratislava. Legal and advisory services are provided to Slovakia-based and international clients operating both inside and outside the territory of the Slovak Republic thanks to the many partnerships the law firm has established during its existence.

He graduated at the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (2009), where he also successfully defended his thesis on "Business Name and its Legal Protection". In 2011 he completed rigorous study at the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, defended his rigorous work entitled "Trademark and License Agreement" and passed the exam in the field of commercial law. From September 2005 to June 2009 he attended practical training at the District Court in Banská Bystrica to gain professional experience. From October 2005 to June 2006 he worked as a legal assistant in the law firm of JUDr. Jozef Zlocha. From September 2009 to March 2011 he worked as a trainee lawyer in the law office of BÖHM & PARTNERS in Bratislava, and from March 2011 to April 2013 as a trainee lawyer in the law office of JUDr. Kvetoslava Kolínová in Žilina. Since 2013 he has worked as a lawyer, focusing mainly on commercial law, particularly contract law, civil substantive law, employment law, and business company law. She is a graduate of the Comenius University in Bratislava (1986). Using her knowledge of law, she started her career as a commercial lawyer in 2000, and has worked as a lawyer since 2004. Throughout the many years of practice, alongside the litigation work, she provides clients with comprehensive services in the field of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, civil law, and administrative law, specialising particularly in tax law and land law, and real estates. She worked with the law firm from March 2014 in the position of a legal assistant, and since May 2016 she has been in the position of a trainee lawyer and currently is a senior law firm manager. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Education of the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, completing her course of study as "Doctor of Education" (1989). In 1992 -1994 she studied at Merton College of Arts (UK). She worked as an editor in Matica slovenská, later in the Slovak National Library in Martin (translations from/to English – IDC, AACR2, publications on book culture, scripts for dubbing studios etc.). Since 1998 she has worked at the City Hall in Martin in the department of foreign relations – partnership, cooperation and European affairs. She is a specialist translator in the area of legislation, economy, local government, and also works as an interpreter. In 1998 she became a member of the Slovak Society of Translators of Scientific and Technical Literature. Since 2012 she has worked for the Hronček & Partners, s.r.o law firm as an external consultant.
He graduated from the Comenius University in Bratislava in double major of Library and Information Science and English Language and Literature (2003). He worked at the Slovak National Library in cultural heritage digitisation as a methodology officer and coordinator, and has presented results of interdisciplinary research into storage and access to written cultural and scientific heritage in a dissertation at the University of Žilina in 2013. He has worked for over two decades in professional translation from/to English, since 2005 in his own company providing expert consulting, web, organisational and language services. He works for the non-governmental Institute for Cultural Policies as a project manager and editor. Since 2016 he has worked for the Hronček & Partners, s.r.o law firm as an external consultant.
