She graduated from Comenius University in Bratislava (1986). She put her legal knowledge to use and began working as a commercial lawyer in 2000. She has been an attorney since 2004. In her many years of practice, in addition to litigation, she provides clients with comprehensive services in the areas of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, civil law, and administrative law, specializing in particular in tax law, land law, and real estate. She provides legal services in Slovak and Russian.

She has been working as a lawyer at the law firm since the beginning of her practice in 2014. She currently holds the position of senior lawyer. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in various areas of law, ranging from civil and commercial law, litigation in various types of disputes and areas, administrative justice, financial law, labor law, and personal data protection. She has been actively involved in the organization, development, and implementation of various projects at the law firm and in the creation of individual departments for specializations in legal matters. She gradually focused her professional specialization on financial and tax law, representing clients in administrative proceedings and administrative justice, and advising on personal data protection and cyber security. During her studies at university, she was employed at a bailiff's office and a law firm as a legal assistant. During her career, she worked as a permanent representative of a notary at a branch in Prague, which she considers to be a significant and enriching experience. She spent a significant part of her practice as an in-house lawyer at a large investment group based in Prague, specializing in large investment projects, securities issuance on the stock exchange, and cross-border transactions. She held this position until 2019, when she decided to return to Slovakia. She currently works as an established European lawyer in Slovakia and a lawyer in the Czech Republic, while continuing to collaborate with a Czech notary. She specializes in commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and legal support for large investment projects. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Trnava University in Trnava, where he successfully completed his master's degree in 2024 by passing state exams in civil, criminal, and labor law, along with defending his thesis on the topic "Procedural and other aspects of detecting corruption crimes." During his studies, he worked at the Slovak Environmental Agency as a project manager within the Recovery Plan, where he primarily collaborated with the legal department on preparing opinions for the provision of funds from the Recovery Plan mechanism. He has been working at the law firm Hronček & Partners s. r. o. since 2024 as a trainee lawyer. He focuses on competition, commercial, European, and international law. One of the projects he has been involved in was cooperation with an investor from the People's Republic of China in the area of international transit of goods to America, specifically European and international legal regulation of the rules of preferential and non-preferential origin of goods, including the legal regulation of the Union Customs Code (UCC). Among other things, he is also involved in the development of the Family Businesses project, which aims to provide expert advice for the successful management of intergenerational succession in family businesses.

Mgr. Alexandra Šubíková is a trainee lawyer at the law firm Hronček & Partners, s. r. o. In her practice, she specializes in litigation, debt collection, and commercial and civil law issues. She translates her experience as a corporate lawyer in a Bratislava-based commercial company into practical advice, effectively linking legal requirements with the real needs of clients and helping to establish contractual and obligatory relationships with an emphasis on dispute prevention and legal certainty. In addition to her practice, she is an external doctoral student at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminalistics at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University, where she focuses on the intersection of criminal law and artificial intelligence and the issue of liability in the event of AI failure. Throughout his career, he has managed complex projects focusing on robotization, software solution implementation, and process optimization, successfully collaborating with international teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. At HP, he specializes in cybersecurity and AI Act-related regulation projects, where he uses his expertise and strategic thinking to ensure the effective implementation of modern technology standards. He is fluent in English and German, which allows him to effectively coordinate global projects and collaborate with partners around the world.

She completed her master's degree at the Faculty of Education of the Catholic University in Ružomberok in 2015, then continued her doctoral studies, which she successfully completed with a PhD. She gained her first work experience while studying at the economics department of an international company (2009–2018), where she acquired a valuable foundation for her future professional career. She has been part of the team since 2018, where she started as an administrative assistant and gradually gained experience in the field of comprehensive support for lawyers – from the preparation and processing of court filings to organizational and administrative tasks. She later took over the marketing of the office, and her achievements include, for example, rebranding the website and unifying the company's visual identity. Through her hard work and determination, she worked her way up to the position of billing clerk. After three years of maternity leave, she returned to the office, where she currently oversees marketing in the marketing department as a marketing and development coordinator, while also being part of the project team responsible for managing new legal leads. Her strength lies in her ability to combine organizational skills with a creative approach to marketing, which enables her to take the office's presentation to the next level.

is an economist and process manager with more than 9 years of experience in finance, accounting, and process optimization. She studied accounting at the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University, where she also focused on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). During her career, she has worked in the corporate sector as a senior accountant. She also gained experience in public administration, where she was involved in complex accounting, budgeting, and human resources. Since joining the company, she has held several positions, ranging from invoicing and economics to process management. She currently works as a process manager, where she uses her analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex tasks even under pressure. In her work, she combines accounting precision, strategic thinking, technological innovation, and a human approach. She focuses on process automation and digitization, economic management, and effective human resources. She believes that properly set up processes enable organizations to function in a modern and efficient manner, with an emphasis on quality and team satisfaction.

She graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Košice, majoring in Graphic and Spatial Design. Her previous experience in operations management and as a deputy manager gave her a solid foundation in organization, responsibility, and team leadership. She has been part of the team since June 2023. As part of her assigned agenda, she oversees the management of RPVS and also handles office administration. In this position, she performs complete record-keeping and ongoing care for a large portfolio of clients, and thanks to her detailed knowledge of their companies, she is able to respond promptly to every request. She also provides organizational support to the team in the office—she has an overview of all internal processes, is able to effectively assist her colleagues, and actively participates in the automation and digitization of internal procedures. Her combination of thoroughness and organizational overview makes her an irreplaceable part of the team.

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica with a degree in Economics and Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, specializing in marketing. Since December 2022, she has held the position of billing clerk and product specialist. She brings a young and dynamic perspective to the team, and her abilities far exceed her age. She understands not only invoicing itself, but also the related processes, which allows her to prepare accurate and clear documents for the external accountant. As a product specialist, she participates in the development and management of the office's internal products, where she uses her systematic approach and attention to detail. Thanks to these qualities, she is perceived as a breath of fresh air for the legal team and a promising support for the future.
