Effective June 1, 2026, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic will relocate its headquarters.
The Office's new address is:

(the previous address, Park One, Námestie 1. mája 18, 811 06 Bratislava, is no longer in use as of this date).
Although this is an administrative change, it affects texts that include the supervisory authority’s contact information. We therefore recommend reviewing and, if necessary, updating the following in particular:
- information obligations (personal data processing policies, GDPR notices under Articles 13 and 14) – wherever the address of the supervisory authority is listed in the notice regarding the right to file a request or complaint;
- internal guidelines and GDPR documentation (records of processing activities, guidelines on the rights of data subjects, crisis/emergency procedures, etc.);
- websites and cookie banners/documents referencing the Slovak Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ SR);
- templates and forms used in communication with data subjects and third parties;
- physical and electronic correspondence—please use the new address when sending submissions to the Office after June 1, 2026.
For the sake of completeness, please note that the address Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava is no longer valid and should not appear in any documentation.
