Since its inception it has been providing professional services for more than 300 entities, including many businesses, multinational corporations, and municipalities. By working closely with the law firm, Hronček & Partners, s. r. o., Top privacy s.r.o. is actively involved in issues of privacy, personal data protection, and its solutions are approved by law experts.

Executive, consulting on the adaptation of the GDPR legal framework
She began focusing on personal data protection while studying law at university. She has been acting as managing director since 2018. In addition to managing the company, she currently provides consulting services in the area of GDPR-related legislation and is actively involved in the company's work projects and charitable activities, which form the core philosophy of Top privacy.
Nikoleta Ducárová, LL. M.
Responsible person / consultant - private sector
She joined our team in 2021 and has become an important part of it. She gained her experience, which she continues to develop, while studying abroad at the University of Kent, where she focused on law and criminology, and at the University of Groningen, where she focused on international criminal law. She currently works as a manager and consultant for clients in the private sector. In her work, which she always performs responsibly, she excels in communication, reliability, and determination.

She studied economics and law. During her career, she has gained extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. In addition to her work as a personal data protection consultant, she is also involved in publishing and lecturing. In her work, she emphasizes professionalism and continuous education.
Michal Karkuš
Project Manager
He is a Project Delivery Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, industrial automation, and the digitization of manufacturing processes. Throughout his career, he has managed complex projects focusing on robotization, software solution implementation, and process optimization, successfully collaborating with international teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. At HP, he specializes in cybersecurity and AI Act-related regulation projects, where he uses his expertise and strategic thinking to ensure the effective implementation of modern technology standards. He is fluent in English and German, which allows him to effectively coordinate global projects and collaborate with partners around the world.
Mgr. Monika Kwapulinska
Project Coordinator
She completed her Master's course of study at the Faculty of Education at the Catholic University in Ruzomberok (2015). She has completed her doctoral studies in the Social Work study programme. From 2009 to 2018 she worked as a trainee and part-time in Mountfield SK, s.r.o. in the Financial Department in the field of administration. She speaks English. Since August of 2018, she has worked in the law firm in the position of a legal assistant.
