Regulated cryptoasset services also include the custody and management of cryptoassets on behalf of third parties, which means:
the custody or control of cryptoassets or means of access to such cryptoassets on behalf of third parties, possibly in the form of private cryptographic keys.

One of the regulated cryptoasset services is the operation of a trading platform for cryptoassets, which means:
the management of one or more trading platforms for crypto assets, within which multiple third parties interested in buying and selling crypto assets can interact in a manner that results in a contract, i.e., either the exchange of one crypto asset for another or the exchange of a crypto asset for fiat currency, which is legal tender.

The exchange of crypto-assets for fiat currency is also a regulated crypto-asset service, which means:
concluding purchase or sale contracts relating to crypto-assets with third parties, where the consideration is fiat currency that is legal tender, using own capital.

The exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets is also a regulated crypto-asset service, which means:
concluding purchase or sale contracts relating to crypto-assets with third parties, where the consideration is other crypto-assets, using own capital.

One of the regulated cryptoasset services is the execution of orders relating to cryptoassets on behalf of third parties, which means:
concluding agreements on the purchase or sale of one or more cryptoassets or on the subscription of one or more cryptoassets on behalf of third parties. One of the regulated cryptoasset services is the placement of cryptoassets, which means:
the introduction of newly issued crypto assets or crypto assets that have already been issued but are not yet accepted for trading on a trading platform for crypto assets, to the market for designated buyers, which does not include a public offering or an offering to existing holders of the issuer's crypto assets.

The transmission of instructions relating to crypto-assets on behalf of third parties is another regulated crypto-asset service. This service means:
receiving an instruction to buy or sell one or more crypto-assets or to subscribe to one or more crypto-assets from a person and transmitting that instruction to a third party for execution.

Providing advice on crypto assets is also a regulated crypto asset service, which means:
offering, providing, or agreeing to provide personalized or specific recommendations to a third party, either at the request of the third party or at the initiative of the crypto asset service provider providing the advice, regarding the acquisition or sale of one or more crypto assets or the use of crypto asset services.

This regulated crypto asset service covers portfolio management in accordance with the authorizations granted by clients, based on free discretion for individual clients, if these portfolios contain one or more crypto assets.

Another regulated cryptoasset service is the provision of cryptoasset transfer services on behalf of clients. This service means:
managing portfolios in accordance with the authorizations granted by clients, at the discretion of individual clients, if these portfolios contain one or more cryptoassets.
