We provide comprehensive legal services in the field of transport, freight forwarding, and logistics. We specialize in dispute resolution and legal advice in the field of domestic and international transport of goods for all modes of transport. Thanks to our long-term practice based on cooperation with experts in the field of transport, freight forwarding and logistics, we offer legal services to several transport and freight forwarding companies, which guarantees the provision of effective solutions based on experience in the field. In June 2016, we became an associate member of the Logistics and Forwarding Association of the Slovak Republic, where we participate in meetings of working groups of lawyers in the preparation and commenting on legislative proposals for legal regulations in the field of transport and forwarding. We cooperate with the SATUM group, which is one of the leading companies operating in the field of corporate insurance and risk management, including in transport and forwarding. We are intensively involved in legal advice on the settlement and recovery of claims and the settlement of damage events in transport under the CMR Convention. Within this area, we provide the preparation, commenting, and analysis of contractual documentation for multinational corporations (forwarding contracts, transport contracts, storage contracts, etc.), the preparation of standardized terms and conditions for carriers and forwarding companies and their regular updating, representation of clients in the enforcement of claims arising from road, rail, sea and air transport of goods and persons, legal advice in the area of the CMR international convention and cooperation with foreign partners in cases where the legal system of another country must be applied.
