The quality of our services is our top priority, but to ensure greater peace of mind for our clients, Top Privacy s.r.o. has taken out professional liability insurance under a valid insurance policy, with coverage of up to 500,000, thanks to which we offer our clients greater security and stability while committing to the professional delivery of our services in the field of personal data protection. We thus accept responsibility for any violations identified through inspections conducted by the Slovak Data Protection Authority or another authority authorized to conduct inspections under the relevant legal regulations, and the liability insurance we have taken out also covers any penalties imposed, provided they were caused by our fault.
During the times listed above, we are always fully available to you for open consultations, which will be held jointly for all clients with appointments.
If necessary, individual consultations can be arranged in advance, also every Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., during which we will devote our attention exclusively to clients with appointments.
Clients who use the services of a designated safety officer will receive counseling during consultation hours FREE OF CHARGE as part of their monthly flat fee.
For clients who have utilized our one-time security documentation preparation service, we will provide advice during consultation hours regarding general information on the processing and protection of personal data, the prepared security documentation, and its implementation in practice FREE OF CHARGE; however, in the event that detailed advice is needed, or if there is a need to analyze and resolve specific cases and situations, the advice will be charged according to pre-agreed rates depending on the scope and complexity of the issues.
The consultations listed above do not include legal advice, which can be provided upon prior request.
