Digital vouchers from the Recovery Plan will be available for use as early as the first quarter of 2023. Although the call for applications has not yet been published, we know its purpose, so you can prepare to access these funds well in advance.
The evaluation rounds are closing on an ongoing basis; the frequency is not yet known. So far, only the intent of the call is known, which can serve as a starting point; however, the text of the published call will be authoritative. In total, you can receive up to €15,000 for an analysis focused on investment and implementation solutions in the field of digitization.
Eligible applicants are primarily SMEs that are registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic (OR SR) or the Trade Register of the Slovak Republic (ŽR SR), or individuals conducting business based on a license other than a trade license in accordance with specific regulations. It is not yet known whether there will be an age restriction for companies under this call, as is the case with some calls under the de minimis aid scheme, to which this call will also belong.
It will be possible to apply for a digital voucher repeatedly 12 months after submitting a successful application, until the allocated funds are exhausted. Eligible activities will include conducting a digital audit of the applicant’s selected processes with a focus on developing a customized investment solution, assessing the current level of digitization and automation, and assessing the possibilities for deploying a wide range of innovative technologies to enhance the digitization and automation of processes with the aim of increasing the applicant’s productivity.
The call for proposals has not yet been published; we are only aware of its intended scope, but we will certainly inform you once it is published.
