Take advantage of the opportunity to apply for grants to conduct an analysis in the areas of digitization, digital resilience, and information security by April 30, 2023.
The evaluation rounds close on an ongoing basis at the end of each month. The final round will take place at the end of April, at which point the opportunity to receive a voucher for a process audit in various areas (excluding financial and accounting audits) will end. Eligible applicants are SMEs established more than 3 years prior to the date of application and registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic (OR SR) or the Trade Register of the Slovak Republic (ŽR SR), or individuals conducting business based on a license other than a trade license in accordance with specific regulations.
Under this de minimis aid program, you can receive up to €9,600 to carry out a selected analysis or audit, with 100% funding (i.e., no co-financing required).
You can have the following areas audited:
- processes (workflow within the company, capacity and quality of production equipment, human resources, and the work environment)
- marketing (audit of existing marketing processes and strategies)
- IT (cybersecurity, software infrastructure, and level of digitization)
- business relationships (pricing processes, store audits, verification of legal compliance with the GDPR)
- other (based on specific needs, excluding financial and accounting audits)
How to proceed:
- You must familiarize yourself with the terms of the call for proposals and determine whether you are an eligible applicant
- Submit an application for a process audit and complete and prepare the required attachments
- Present the project to the evaluation committee
- Sign a contract with the SBA (voucher provider)
- Conduct a market survey; the audit will be carried out by the bidder with the lowest—and winning—bid
- Conduct the audit
- Complete the audit and evaluate its implementation
