Preparation and Submission of the Application
Preparation and submission of an application for a license to trade in defense industry products pursuant to Section 9(1) of Act No. 392/2011 Coll. on the Trade in Defense Industry Products, specifically:
- demonstration of compliance with capital requirements,
- demonstrating compliance with the applicant’s industrial security requirements,
- demonstrating the applicant’s good standing,
- proof of the suitability of the members of the statutory body,
- confirmation by the applicant that it is not subject to settlement, bankruptcy, or restructuring proceedings,
- identification of the applicant’s responsible representative and proof of compliance with the requirements for that position,
- specification of defense industry products,
- specification of the individual methods of trading in defense industry products, which are: Purchase or sale of defense industry products within the territory of the Slovak Republic, Foreign trade in defense industry products, Transfer of defense industry products, brokerage activities involving defense industry products.
Registration of the scope of business in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic
Registration of the scope of business—Trading in defense industry products within the scope of the Decision of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic—in the Commercial Register.
