Industrial Security and Classified Information
We offer comprehensive services for obtaining industrial security clearance (vetting by the National Security Authority) for business entities (legal entities and individuals) in accordance with Act No. 215/2004 Coll. on the Protection of Classified Information, as amended.
This service is provided to businesses that, in accordance with Act No. 215/2004 Coll. on the Protection of Classified Information, as amended, and Decree No. 301/2013 Coll. of the National Security Authority, need to obtain an industrial security clearance for the relevant classification level if they intend to:
- provide services to state administration bodies, in the course of which they will need to handle classified information, or
- trade in military materiel, or
- to conduct aerial photography.
The analysis, recommendations, and preparation of the basic documents required for security clearance include:
- an analysis of the environment in which classified information is expected to be handled,
- a recommendation regarding the classification level and secure area, the method of processing classified information using technical equipment, the method of ensuring administrative and personnel security based on an analysis of the classified information of the relevant state authorities and the client’s anticipated business interests,
- preparation of the entrepreneur’s security plan in accordance with National Security Authority Decree No. 301/2013 Coll.,
- preparing an application for the issuance of a certificate of industrial security for the entrepreneur,
- preparing, or assisting in the preparation of, the relevant applications and declarations required to conduct the security clearance review,
- preparation of personnel security guidelines in accordance with Decree No. 134/2016 Coll. of the National Security Authority.
Preparation of special documents
- preparing the relevant documentation and administrative security guidelines in accordance with Act No. 215/2004 Coll. and Decree No. 48/2019 Coll. of the National Security Authority, which establishes conditions for administrative security,
- Provision of documentation (security project for technical equipment, guidelines, relevant forms) required for the certification of technical equipment intended for the processing of classified information in accordance with Act No. 215/2004 Coll. and Decree of the National Security Authority No. 339/2004 Coll. on the security of technical equipment,
- configuration and preparation of the technical device for certification (security settings),
- design and optimization of a protected area in accordance with Decree No. 336/2004 Coll. of the National Security Authority on physical security and facility security, as amended by Decree of the National Security Authority No. 315/2006 Coll.,
- preparation of physical security and facility security documentation,
- preparation of an inspection log, a visitor log, and a proposal for the implementation of a protected area in accordance with Decree No. 336/2004 Coll. of the National Security Authority on physical security and facility security, as amended by Decree No. 315/2006 Coll. of the National Security Authority,
- provision of relevant consulting services.
